Article 1 — Definitions

  • Carrier: GoedkoopEenTaxi.nl, part of AOT Taxi, De Diagonaal 93, 1315 XK Almere, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 91976308, VAT NL004929507B79.
  • Customer: the individual or legal entity booking a ride.
  • Ride: transport of the customer between the agreed pickup and destination locations.
  • Booking: the transport agreement made via WhatsApp.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms apply to every booking made through GoedkoopEenTaxi.nl and every ride provided by it. By booking, the customer agrees to these terms.

Article 3 — Formation of the booking

Bookings are made via WhatsApp. A phone number is required. For a ride departing from Schiphol, the flight number is also required. Pickup location, destination, arrival time and airline are helpful for optimal planning. GoedkoopEenTaxi.nl provides transport between Schiphol and locations in Noord-Holland, Flevoland and Gooi & Vechtstreek. Other airports are not currently served.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are known in advance and confirmed per booking (no metered fare). The price is based on the pickup and destination locations provided. A night surcharge applies for rides between 10pm and 4am. A surcharge may also apply on public holidays. Any additional costs resulting from inaccurate route information provided by the customer may be charged afterwards.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made via a Tikkie link, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 6 — Waiting time and delays

An agreed pickup time is determined based on the flight number, taking into account landing, disembarking and baggage collection. From this agreed pickup time, 20 minutes of waiting time are free of charge. In the event of a longer delay, a waiting fee may be charged, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 — Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 8 hours before the scheduled ride. For later cancellations, the carrier may charge a fee.

Article 8 — Luggage and number of passengers

A maximum of 4 passengers and 3 large suitcases per ride is permitted. Any deviation in luggage or number of passengers must be reported in advance; the carrier may propose a suitable vehicle or rate. Groups of more than 4 people cannot currently be transported.

Article 9 — Liability

The carrier is not liable for damage arising from delays beyond its control (traffic, weather conditions, flight delays), unless there is intent or gross negligence. Loss of or damage to luggage is at the customer's own risk, unless there is demonstrable intent or gross negligence on the part of the carrier.

Article 10 — Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via WhatsApp: +31 6 497 02 155. The carrier aims to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Article 11 — Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, accidents), the carrier is not obliged to carry out the agreed ride and is not liable for any resulting damage.

Article 12 — Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
