2. What personal data do we process?

When you book a taxi or contact us, we may process the following data:

• Name
• Telephone number
• WhatsApp messages
• Email address, if provided
• Pickup address
• Destination address
• Date and time of the ride
• Flight number, for rides from Schiphol
• Payment information required to process your payment

We do not process special categories of personal data.

3. Why do we process your data?

We use your personal data exclusively to:

• plan and provide your taxi ride;
• contact you about your booking;
• track your flight when you are being picked up from Schiphol;
• process payments;
• provide an invoice when requested;
• comply with legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping requirements.

We do not use your data for newsletters or unsolicited advertising.

4. How long do we retain your data?

We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary.

Data that forms part of our administration is retained for up to seven years because we are legally required to do so.

We delete other data as soon as it is no longer needed to provide our services.
